I previewed the bank owned property at 1044 Raintree Drive in Palm Beach Gardens for a client yesterday. This house is advertised as a 2 bed and in the current configuration it is but it could be a 3 bed very easily. The third bed is the current loft which has the wet bar in the pictures and the half bath is on the second floor well. The master bedroom on the first floor is HUGE and as a town house it also has a garage which is hard to find for under 200k. The property has southern exposure out the back which also abuts a canal there. It’s far from any road noise with a nice, all be it TOO large, pool as well. The condition of the property is OK. Nothing great but not in horrible shape either. I’d say 10k to get it back to where it should be with most of that going toward the loft conversion and pool resurfacing and other pool repairs. They’re asking 200k but I’d say 175-180k plus 10k is a good value.
In Palm Beach Gardens San Matera (high fees) and Westwood Lakes are competitors in the low 200’s.
